Cancellation & Refund Policy

Different services have different cancellation processes. For successful cancellation, 100% advance payment will be refunded, excluding the GST amount which is non-refundable.
Logo designing orders can be cancelled within the next day of order placement. Website development orders can be cancelled within 2 days of order placement. Cancellation of ongoing digital marketing projects is permissible within 3 days of order placement. Any ongoing project under a monthly package requires at least a month's notice period for cancellation.
In the case of cancelling ongoing website development projects, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point. After settling the dues, any remaining advance payment will be refunded.
All refunds will be initiated within 7-15 working days. Any delays in this process may occur solely due to technical difficulties.
