1. Proprietary Software Modules & Copyright
All website designs, content, graphics, marketing layouts, and proprietary code engines featured on the website are protected under Indian and international copyright laws. All rights are reserved by .
During the development of your application, we may utilize pre-built internal libraries, boilerplate codebases, or proprietary utility modules owned by . While ownership of the custom application logic is transferred to the client, the copyright and intellectual property rights for our core pre-built libraries remain with , and the client is granted a perpetual license to use them.
2. Client Usage License Terms
Upon final settlement of invoices, grants the client a **perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license** to:
- Host, run, and execute the delivered application on any cloud or local infrastructure.
- Modify, expand, refactor, and update the source code to suit changing business requirements.

4. Prohibited License Activities
Under the terms of our service license, the client is explicitly prohibited from:
- Repackaging and reselling our core proprietary templates or frameworks to other software development agencies or developers.
- Falsely claiming direct copyright ownership of our pre-built core libraries that were licensed for the project.
- Using the custom codebase to distribute malicious scripts, malware, or host illegal content.
